It was an exciting day for hunters in the beta, we finally glimpsed some of the new tameable pet families we’ll be getting in Mists of Pandaria.

Today’s build 15689 introduced 6 new species:

• Water Striders - including both the Zangarmarsh striders and the Pandarian insects

• Cranes

• Basilisks - including both the old world and Outland models

• Porcupines

• Quilen

• Goats

Currently not every appropriate beast has been flagged for taming, but I’m sure that will come in the future. You can visit MMO-Champion to see the abilities of each of these new pets.
